CHOCOLATE COATING

With the characteristic flavor of chocolate with or without the addition of milk, hard consistency and smooth texture, with a dark brown color.

Aimed at bakeries our coating has excellent quality at an affordable cost.

Our chocolate coating is presented in a box with 20 marquettes of 1 kilo each.

RICE FLOUR

Our rice flour is made with raw white rice, which is milled to obtain rice powder, better known as rice flour.

Due to the type of milling, an extra fine starch of excellent quality is obtained.

SESAME SEEDS

It is a small straw-colored seed, it is obtained from a plant that is easily and abundantly produced.

Specially selected for bakery, it is distributed whole and raw.

BAKING POWDER

It is a chemical agent that gives fluffiness to a product, due to a chemical reaction that releases carbon dioxide, relatively similar to yeast.

We produce our own brand by blending top quality products, obtaining a baking powder that is highly demanded by bakers and confectioners.

Our presentation of baking powder is in a 4 kg bag.

OATMEAL

It is a cereal rich in proteins of high biological value, healthy fats, as well as a large number of vitamins and minerals.

It is available in flakes or ground, for use as an additive in different food processes.

Our oats are presented in 20 kg bags.

WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

We create our own blend of top quality flours to obtain a high quality whole wheat flour that is highly sought after in fine bakery and confectionery.

Our presentation of integrated flour is in bags of 15 and 20 kilos.
